Shipping and payment
Payment is by direct internet banking or by mailing a cheque. We ask that you please pay before your order is posted.
Postal charges are calculated once the order has been processed. Postage costs are not included in the total of the original order, as we haven't organised the web site to do this yet. Some books have a postage cost on them. This is for the individual book. It should just be used as a guide when more than one book is purchased.
Once we have processed your order, you will receive notification of the correct total (including postage), along with our bank account details or postal address, depending on which payment option you selected.
